(1) Stevenson 13 (8) Libertyville 6

Katie Moy scored 4 goals and Cheyenne Montijo and Karen Lowry each added 3 scores in Stevenson's 13-6 victory over Libertyville.

(5) Vernon Hills 9 (4) Highland Park 5

Kelly Steininger recorded 5 goals and 4 assists, Dana Andrea scored 3 times, and goalie Gena Lopez made 16 saves as Vernon Hills surprised Highland Park 9-5 on Wednesday.

(2) Mundelein 9 (7) Buffalo Grove 0

Alexis Jones, Alice Denny, Dani Caldwell, and Yessina Rossi each scored 2 goals as Mundelein shutout Buffalo Grove 9-0.

(3) Wheeling 12 (6) Deerfield 4

Emily Sullivan scored 5 times and Amy Wilson scored 2 goals in Wheeling's 12-4 win over Deerfield. Christa Khatcherian and Liseli Baich also added 2 scores apiece in the win for the Wildcats.

Semifinals

(1) Stevenson 19 (5) Vernon Hills 3

Katie Moy scored 6 goals, Karen Lowry added 4 scores, and Cheyenne Montijo scored 3 times in Stevenson's 19-3 victory over Vernon Hills on Friday afternoon. Amanda Henry and Melanie Sulkin also scored 2 times in the win for the Patriots. Anna Lebiedzinski, Jane Chen, and Kelly Steininger each tallied goals in the loss for the Cougars.

(2) Mundelein 11 (3) Wheeling 7

Alice Denny and Evelyn Kurzac both scored 4 times as Mundelein broke a halftime tie with a 6-2 second half run and emerged with an 11-7 victory over Wheeling on Friday. Kurzac scored 2 times in the third period, while Denny added a goal and Dani Caldwell connected on an outside shot to close the quarter and give the Mustangs a 9-5 lead that they would never relinquish. Alexis Jones also scored 2 goals in the win for Mundelein. Amy Wilson and Emily Sullivan both scored 2 goals in the loss for the Wildcats, while Christa Khatcherian, Leah Molsom, and Liseli Baich also scored one goal apiece.
