Cougars. Maggie Andres tallied 4 scores in loss for the Spartans, who
trailed 7-3 heading into the final period and went on a 4-1 run, but still
came up one goal short in the loss.

Rebecca Mathews scored 5 goals and drew 3 ejections to help H-F earn an
11-1 victory over Lincoln-Way East. The Vikings jumped out to a 3-0
halftime lead and used a 6-0 run in the third period to pull away from the
Griffins in the win. Maya Holst and Michelle Mayer both scored 2 times and
Sophie Schloen recorded 17 saves in the victory for the Vikings. Brittany
Becvar scored the lone goal for LWE and Trisha Paul stopped 8 shots in the
losing effort.

Evelyn Kurzac scored 7
goals, Alexis Jones added 3 goals, and Arianna Rossi scored 2 times to
lead Mundelein to a 15-4 win over Evanston. Emily Tylka also saved 17
shots in the win for the Mustangs. Ellis O’Connor, Madeline Polinski, Roxy
Capron, and Sarah Thompson each recorded one goal apiece in the loss for
the Wildkits.
