MATCH OF THE DAY
Hinsdale Central 5 Oak Park 4
Alex Cruz, Brogan O'Doherty, Dan
Ciciora, George Koulouris, and Nicky Relias each scored once as the Red
Devils knocked off Oak Park 5-4 in a low-scoring affair in Hinsdale on
Monday. Mitch Courtney and the Central defense allowed just one goal in the
second half en route to the win. Dmitry Baycharov, Kyle Patnode, Mark
Hallman, and Nathan Pimentel all scored once in the loss for the Huskies.
OTHER KEY GAMES
Fremd 10 Mundelein 9
Vikings' goalie Michael Goedken blocked Connor Black's last-ditch shot on
goal with one second left to help Fremd preserve a 10-9 victory over the
Mustangs on Monday night. JP French scored 4 goals, Matt Emerson notched 3
scores, and Luke Stark netted 2 goals in the win for Fremd. Jason Rehor
scored 4 times, Black added 3 goals, and Jason Begrowicz and Jude Krauss
each tallied one score in the loss for Mundelein.
Glenbrook South 12 St Patrick 5
Jake Nelson registered 4 scores to lead the Titans to a 12-5 victory over
St Patrick.
Prospect 17 Meadows 9
Liam Hansen recorded 5 goals and Nathanael Ginnodo netted 4 goals as
Prospect topped Meadows 17-9.
Stagg 16 Shepard 13
Ryan Petersen scored 6 goals and Zack Amendola recorded 4 scores as Stagg
defeated Shepard 16-13. Peter Krivanec stopped 11 shots in the Chargers'
win.
Whitney Young 10 Lane 8
Seth Hughes scored 2 times in the final two minutes to break an 8-8 tie
and give the Dolphins a 10-8 win over Lane on Monday. Hughes totaled 6
goals, Juan Reyes added 2 scores, and the pairing of Luke Mitola and Matt
Gonzalez stopped 11 shots in the win for Whitney Young.
York 11 Neuqua Valley 8
Patrick McKenna poured in 5 goals and both Joe Kesslering and Wil Hubert
notched 2 scores as York went on the road to beat Neuqua Valley 11-8. Will
Russell recorded 4 goals in the loss for the Wildcats.

Mundelein 10 Fremd 4
Karrie Kozokar recorded 4 goals and both Allison Boothe and Kasia
Wienckowski netted 2 goals as the Mustangs defeated Fremd 10-4. Emma
Hoffman, Mandy Borre, Sam DiCanio, and Tori Boldt each put in one goal in
the loss for the Vikings.
OTHER KEY GAMES
STC North 7 Conant 5
Nicole Guyett scored 4 times, Sarah Stern put in 2 goals, and Tori Garcia
netted one key score as STC North outscored Conant 2-0 in the final period
to earn a 7-5 victory on Monday. Carmen Rosas netted 2 goals while Angie
Skittone and Katelyn Claffey each added one goal for the Cougars. Maddy
Demaret saved 25 shots and also scored once in the losing effort.
Lane 6 Whitney Young 5
The Indians scored the final two goals of the game to edge Whitney Young
6-5 and remain undefeated in the CPS on Monday. Jessie Cronin scored 2
goals and Nya Wilkins made 10 saves for the Dolphins, who came from 3-1
down to take a 5-4 lead late in the game before succumbing to Lane's late
rally. Audrey Anderson and Nora Murphy each netted goals in the losing
effort for Whitney Young.
Loyola 15 Marian 5
Evan Swenson tallied 4 scores and both Allison Sajnaj and Marta Considine
put in 3 goals as Loyola beat Marian 15-5. Katie Lynch added 2 scores and
Meredith O'Brien totaled 6 saves in the Ramblers' win.
Oak Park 9 Hinsdale Central 7
Hannah Legatzke scored 3 goals and both Anna Vogel and Samantha Robbins
tacked on 2 scores as the Huskies avenged their only loss over the weekend
by beating Hinsdale Central 9-7. Jordin Hale and Zoe Erickson combined to
make 11 saves, while Katie Appell and Maura Dahl each scored once in the
win for OPRF.
Prospect 11 Meadows 3
Amanda Fulk, Emily Rigopolous, Kaitlyn Tomasetti, and Kallie Shields each
recorded 2 goals and Lauren Broz made 9 saves as Prospect downed Meadows
11-3 on Monday in an MSL East contest.
R-B 13 Waubonsie Valley 8
Allie Shumowsky and Dana Callanan each scored 4 times as the Bulldogs beat
Waubonsie Valley 13-8.
STC East 7 Schaumburg 6 (OT)
The Saints outlasted Schaumburg 7-6 in overtime on Monday night in a
nonconference affair. Britney Vasquez scored 3 times, Ashley Johnson
netted 2 goals, and Jessica Sumsky blocked 21 shots in the narrow loss for
the Saxons.
York 13 Neuqua Valley 8
Carly Redmond recorded 6 goals and Lauren Tamm added 3 scores as York used
a 6-1 run in the fourth quarter to beat Neuqua Valley 13-8. Jess
Kellerstrass also scored 2 times in the winning effort. Morgan Miller
recorded 4 goals in the loss for the Wildcats. Check out the quarterly

QUARTER 1
Kirsten Rasnic and Jess Kellerstrass each scored goals in the first period
for York, while Abbie Teeling and Morgan Miller countered with one goal each
in the opening frame as the teams went to the second quarter tied at 2-2.
QUARTER 2
Miller, Deanna Hoff, and Kaitlin Gorski each tallied one score in the second
period to give the Wildcats a 5-4 advantage at halftime. Carly Redmond and
Kellerstrass scored one goal apiece for the Dukes.
QUARTER 3
Miller recorded 2 goals in the third period for Neuqua, but Lauren Tamm scored
twice and Redmond put in her second goal of the game to tie the score at 7-7
entering the final period of play.
QUARTER 4
The Dukes outscored the Wildcats 6-1 in the final period to emerge with a 13-8
victory. Redmond scored 5 goals in the final quarter to lead the way for the
victors, while Tamm chipped in with her third goal in the final seven minutes.
