WEEKEND GAME PREVIEWS

BOYS

MATCH OF THE DAY

Latin at Oak Park (6:00pm) - A win here for either team could be just what the doctor ordered as both Latin and Oak Park begin to gear up for a run at a sectional title in a few weeks time.

KEEP AN EYE ON:

Schaumburg at Hoffman (4:30pm) - The Saxons and Hawks have had two close encounters this season, so expect nothing less as Schaumburg makes the 2.5 mile journey to try and win for the third time this year against their rivals.

GIRLS

MATCH OF THE DAY

Naperville Central at Fenwick (6:30pm) - #1 Naperville Central against #2 Fenwick. That's probably all that needs to be said. But NC has never beaten the Friars, so this will be the ultimate late-season test for the undefeated Redhawks, while the Friars will set out to prove they are the team to beat in 2011.

KEEP AN EYE ON:

Lyons at Neuqua Valley (6:00pm) - The Lions travel to Naperville to take on Neuqua Valley in a tricky nonconference matchup.
