Caroline Walsh and Julia Cohen each recorded 3 goals and Jessie
Wittenberg stopped 11 shots to lead the Lions to an 11-2 victory over
New Trier. Haley Hughes added 2 goals while Emily Stelnicki, Emma Hirt,
and Frankie Delleman each notched one score in the tournament-opening
win for LT. Maria Breen scored both goals in the loss for the Trevians.
St Ignatius 18 Loyola 6
Beca Martinez poured in 5 goals and both Diana Fernandez and Nina
Mantich scored 3 times as SICP defeated Loyola 18-6 on Friday. Maggie
Maloney and Stephania Lopez both added 2 scores in the victory for the
Wolfpack.
Mother McAuley 11 Mundelein 4
Fran Williamson recorded 5 goals and both Julie Olivares and Maggie
Hennigan added 2 goals as McAuley downed Mundelein 11-4. Emily Garcia
notched all 4 scores in the loss for the Mustangs.
St Ignatius 13 Stevenson 7
Tammy Stelnicki recorded 5 goals and Jenny Stelnicki made 15 saves in
the Wolfpack's 13-7 victory over Stevenson. Diana Fernandez, Maggie
Maloney, and Beca Martinez each added 2 scores in the win for SICP.
Melissa Gartenberg scored 3 goals and Joanie Newland added 2 scores in
the loss for the Patriots.

Catie Wallace scored 4 goals and both Alexa Ovalle and Colleen Barron
scored 2 times as Fenwick erased a 4-2 halftime deficit to beat Lyons 9-6.
Gabby Perez also scored once in the victory for the hosts. Haley Hughes
and Caroline Walsh each scored 2 goals and both Emma Hirt and Julia Cohen
netted one score in the loss for the Lions. Jessie Wittenberg also made 8
saves for the LT defense.
Stevenson 10 Loyola 6
Melissa Gartenberg recorded 4 goals, Allison Travetto netted 3 scores, and
Becky Callen made 10 saves as Stevenson knocked off Loyola 10-6. Ashley
Oliver added 2 scores and Joanie Newland netted one goal in the victory.

Catie Wallace recorded 3 goals to help the Friars hold off New Trier 7-4
to advance to the championship round of their own tournament. Julia Green,
Maria Breen, Shannon Kent, and Stephanie Jodloman each tallied one score
in the loss for the Trevians.
Loyola 9 New Trier 3
Marta Considine scored 5 times and Emily Barr tallied 2 scores in Loyola's
9-3 victory over New Trier. Zoe Gottlieb made 10 saves and the trio of
Isabel Riggio, Shannon Kent and Stephanie Jodloman each scored once in the
losing effort.
Stevenson 6 Lyons 4
Ashley Oliver and Melissa Gartenberg both scored 2 goals and Erin Kempers
and Sara Ploch both added one goal as Stevenson outlasted Lyons 6-4. Julia
Cohen scored 2 times and both Allie Kurth and Frankie Delleman registered
one score in the loss for the Lions.
Fenwick 9 St Ignatius 6
Catie Wallace scored 6 goals and Colleen Barron netted 3 scores as Fenwick
defeated St Ignatius 9-6 in the first of three championship round games at
the Mike Murphy Tournament. Tammy Stelnicki recorded 3 goals while Maggie
Maloney, Stephania Lopez, and Beca Martinez each added a goal in the loss
for the Wolfpack.

Marta Considine poured in 9 goals and Claire Voss tallied 3 scores in the
Ramblers' 14-6 victory over H-F.
