Leah McCarthy scored 4 goals and
Kelly Baumgartner added 2 goals and the Andrew defense held off a late
rally by LWC to emerge with a 9-7 victory on Thursday evening. The T-Bolts
pulled out to a 4-1 lead in the first quarter and held the Knights
scoreless from then until halftime to take a 7-1 lead into the second
half. Daniejela Jackovich, who scored the lone goal for the Knights in the
first half, added 3 more scores in a 6-2 second half run, but the T-Bolts
were able to hold on for the narrow victory.

Katie Varga scored 6 goals and
Lucie Banahan stopped 10 shots as Conant beat Barrington 9-7 in MSL West
action on Thursday. Chloe Padula and Laura Danhauer each scored 2 times
and Brooke Fanslow blocked 11 shots in the loss for the Fillies.

Emily McCarthy, Lauren Zambelli,
Sam del Prado, and Sam Matuszewski each scored 2 goals and eight other
players tallied goals for Fremd as they beat Palatine 16-3 on Thursday.

scored all 3 goals for the Pirates in the losing effort.
