The Mighty Macs built a 6-4 halftime lead en route to a 12-8 win over
Loyola on Wednesday in Catholic League play. Clare Bryar registered 6
goals, Fran Williamson scored 3 times, and Julie Olivares notched 2
scores in the win for McAuley. Maggie Hennigan also scored once and
Genna Payton recorded 4 blocks in the winning effort. Meanwhile, Marta
Considine recorded 4 goals, Claire Voss notched 2 scores, Emily Barr and
Ellen Garrity each scored once, and Colleen Ahern stopped 8 shots in the
loss for the Ramblers.
