Danny Farmer scored 5 goals and Andrew Bertschy added 2 scores as the
Friars jumped out to a 9-1 lead at halftime en route to a 14-4 victory
over Oak Park.
Chez Daggs, Colin Daly, DJ Perez, Jack Mahoney,
Mickey McGuire,
Ryan Masi, and Tommy Martino also got on the scoresheet with one
goal apiece while Will Skowron saved 5 shots in the winning effort.
Lyons 13 DeSmet 1
Adam Cardone, Brendan Huddleston, George Lundgren and Nathan
Henderson each scored 3 times as the Lions knocked off DeSmet 13-1.
St Ignatius 8 Homewood-Flossmoor 7
Shane Hughes nailed the game-winner at the buzzer to send the
Wolfpack past the Vikings 8-7 in the third game of the Fenwick
Tournament on Thursday. Hughes, whose winning shot was deflected in from
beyond nine-meters, totaled 5 goals, while Jack Dunn notched 2 scores
and Gunnar Glaab tallied one goal in the win for SICP. Haden Santefort
scored 3 times, Johnny Schmidt notched 2 scores, and Luke Santefort made
9 saves in the narrow loss for H-F.
Stevenson 20 Lincoln-Way East 5
Collin Kapecki registered 4 goals while Alex Kapecki, Dan Maleski,
Kurt Holzer, and Luke Gable-Preze all scored 3 times in the
Patriots' 20-5 triumph over Lincoln-Way East. Mike Walsh netted 3
goals in the loss for the Griffins.
Curie 6 Brother Rice 3
Jeronimo Chavez scored 3 goals and the trio of Ivan Ariza, Omar
Pantoja, and Oscar Hernandez each scored once as Curie's 4-0 run in
the second quarter helped them build a lead they would never
relinquish as they beat Brother Rice 6-3 on Thursday. Matt Bachler
scored all 3 goals in the loss for the Crusaders.
Oak Park 17 DeSmet 6
Kiernan Kelty scored 3 goals and five other players recorded 2
scores as the Huskies' put together a 5-0 run to start the second
half to put the game away as they defeated DeSmet 17-6 in a late
night game on Thursday.

Glenbrook North 11 Maine South 9
Josh Khazanov netted 5 goals and John Roberts scored 4 times as GBN
built an early 6-2 lead and held on to beat Maine South 11-9 on
Thursday. David Pawlan and Hayden Wilson each added one goal in the
win for the Spartans. Phil Wachowski recorded 7 goals while Conor
Brosnan and Dominic Pilolla each added one goal in the loss for the
Hawks.
Glenbrook South 18 Maine East 6
Peter Dales totaled 6 goals, Jordan Spalding netted 3 goals, and
Davis Hianik made 5 saves in the Titans' 18-6 victory over Maine
East.
Lockport 11 STC North 3
Zach Elias recorded 5 goals and Pat Melaniphy blocked 13 shots to
lead the Porters to an 11-3 win over STC North on Thursday. Joey
Tomczuk netted 3 goals, Eric Johnson scored 2 times, and Matt
Cavanaugh added one score in the win for the hosts.
Neuqua Valley 18 Waubonsie Valley 7
Joey Dalesandro totaled 5 goals and 6 steals while both Brett Whaley
and Simon Shatinsky registered 4 goals as the Wildcats raced out to
a 14-2 halftime lead and never looked back in beating Waubonsie
18-7. Ian Ivkovich added 3 goals, Troy Salafatinos notched 2 scores,
and Austin Mollway made 12 saves in the win. Cameron Steele returned
to the fold for the Warriors, scoring 5 times and drawing 5
ejections, both Jon McWhirter and Kay Andressen scored once, and
Cedrick Chan made 6 saves in the loss for WVHS.
Sandburg 14 Hinsdale South 3
Mitch Zieler totaled 9 goals and Majd Ibrahim netted 2 scores as the
Eagles defeated Hinsdale South 14-3 in a nonconference fixture. Alex
Serrano, Jimmy Foley (3 assists), and Mike Hinde each added one goal
in the win for Sandburg.
Schaumburg 16 Parkway Central 9
Christian Zielinski recorded 4 goals, Frank Kovar put in 3 scores,
and Edin Latic blocked 14 shots as the Saxons provided a rude
welcome to Parkway Central with a 16-9 win on Thursday. Tyler
Gustafson also scored 2 goals and Jack Pyde provided 3 assists and a
goal for the victors.
Wheeling 15 Elk Grove 8
Nate Reiff led the Wildcats' offensive attack as the hosts earned a
15-8 victory over the Grenadiers. Chris Doruff scored 5 goals and
Adam Doruff netted 3 goals in the loss for Elk Grove.

Allison Travetto registered 5 goals, Melissa Gartenberg scored 4
times, and Lauren Burns made 12 saves as Stevenson stayed perfect in
2015 with an 11-2 home win over OPRF. Annika Hotchkiss and Claire Haas
also scored once in the win for the hosts. Jilly Cronin and Mia Andreoli
each scored one goal and Jordin Hale made 14 saves in the loss for the
Huskies.

Titans 9-8 in sudden-death overtime on Thursday night. Dana Grad and
Nicole Lopatinsky each tallied 2 scores in the loss for South.

Holly Wasicak scored 7 goals, Emily Morrison totaled 4 scores and 9
steals, and Lilly Jensen stopped 15 shots in the Warriors' 15-2 win
over Richards. Kristen Burger also added 3 scores in the winning
effort.
Neuqua Valley 5 Waubonsie Valley 4
Morgan Miller scored 3 goals to lead the Wildcats to a 5-4 comeback
win over Waubonsie Valley in Aurora on Thursday evening. Neuqua
closed the game on a 3-0 run after trailing 4-2 late in the second
half to secure the victory.
Prospect 11 Meadows 1
Niki Neumann recorded 4 goals and Gracie Dix added 3 scores as
Prospect beat Meadows 11-1 in an MSL East contest on Thursday night.
Lauren Broz blocked 6 shots and added a goal while Ann Fulk, Gianna
Honcharuk, and Michaela Malone all scored once in the Knights'
victory. Jessie Ligenza scored the lone goal in the loss for the
Mustangs.

Katie Difiglio and Katie Quinn both scored 6 goals and Claire Rich
denied 11 shots as the North Stars got past Lockport 17-3. Brittany
