Cougars Escape Home Tournament With Trophy

Conant beat Lake Forest and STC East, fell short against Lane in the final game of the tournament, but still walked away in first place due to a tiebreaker on Saturday afternoon. The hosts, Lake Forest, and Lane all finished with 2-1 records at the event.

The Indians earned a 10-6 win over the hosts behind a 6-goal performance from Cassidy O'Connell, as the event ended with three teams tied with a 2-1 record. Hannah Viti also scored 2 times in the win for Lane. Andie Cobb led the Cougars with 2 goals in the loss.
