Quarterfinals

(1) St Ignatius 14 (8) Amundsen 1

Georgia Goldrick notched 3 scores while Brianna Guzman, Carson Goldrick and Clara Lindland each put in 2 scores in the Wolfpack's 14-1 victory over Amundsen. Dalilah Flores also registered her first career goal in the playoff win for the hosts.

(4) Northside 15 (5) Jones-Payton 7

Marti Hale scored 5 goals and both Heather Walker and Jessica Skipper scored 3 times in the Mustangs' 15-7 win over Jones-Payton. Rebekah Kissel added 2 scores while Fallon Konow stopped 12 shots in the win.

(2) Evanston 17 (7) Latin 2

Becca Schumm totaled 5 goals and Olivia Everhart stopped 14 shots and made 4 steals as the Wildkits defeated Latin 17-2. Millie Rosen added 2 goals in the winning effort for Evanston.

(3) Lane 10 (6) DLS 4

Friday, May 15

Semifinals

(1) St Ignatius 11 (4) Northside 4

Brianna Gist totaled 3 goals and both Diana Fernandez and Tara White each scored 2 times to help the Wolfpack beat Northside 11-4.

(2) Evanston 8 (3) Lane 0

Becca Schumm and Millie Rosen each scored 3 goals while Olivia Everhart earned a shutout as Evanston blanked Lane 8-0 to advance to the sectional finals.

Saturday, May 16

Finals

(1) St Ignatius 4 (2) Evanston 1

The Wolfpack took a 3-0 lead into the second half before giving up a goal in third period and then held the Wildkits scoreless the rest of the way to earn a 4-1 victory and advance to the state tournament. Tara White got SICP on the board with the game's first goal in the opening period, then Diana Fernandez and Nina Mantich each netted goals before halftime for the victors. Edie Block cut the hosts' lead to 3-1 late in the third period but Karen Juarez responded with a goal one minute later to close out the scoring and the seal the win. Jenny Stelnicki totaled 12 saves and allowed one goal in the win for the Wolfpack. Olivia Everhart stopped 16 shots and a penalty attempt while making 7 steals in the loss for the Wildkits.
