Mark DiCola (Brother Rice)

Mark scored the game-winning goal with 0:24 seconds remaining to give #1 Brother Rice their second straight win over Fenwick on Monday night. He scored two goals in the game to help Brother Rice remain perfect this season at 8-0.

At the Fenwick Tournament, Mark scored 14 goals in four games, helping the Crusaders achieve a 4-0 record. In the title game against Fenwick, he scored five goals, including a key score after drawing an ejection late in the game to seal the 9-7 victory. Brother Rice also achieved victories over Naperville Central, St Patrick, and Sandburg at the tournament.
GIRLS
Heather Croix (Bradley)

Heather is the leading scorer for Bradley and has helped them earn a 4-4 record three weeks into the season. In their weekend tournament at Bremen, she scored a combined 30 times in 4 games and also scored the game-winning goal against Marian Catholic with under one minute to play. To add to her stats, she had 10 assists and had 16 steals throughout the weekend.

On Monday night, she helped the team win 18-3 against Bremen, as she totaled 4 goals, 4 assists and an outstanding 13 steals.

Wednesday night proved to be the same for her as she led the team in scoring with 8 goals in a 12-11 victory over Richards. She scored another game-winning goal in the final minute to seal the win for Bradley. She also added 13 steals and one assist in the win.
