All-State Teams Not Official Yet By Aaron Brown
Polo, IL (9:45pm) -- We have not received the official word that we can post the All-State Teams that were voted on by the Illinois High School water polo coaches on Monday night. After the votes were added, the coaches and www.illpolo.com had four lists of players, but the vote totals need to be double-checked for accuracy before the teams can be made official.
Therefore, we do not want to post the teams now and find out that there were changes and someone who was originally listed has to be removed. It is not likely that this would happen, but it is obviously a situation that we wish to avoid.
We hope that if you have made the team, your coaches have had the opportunity to inform you of the decision. We ask that everyone remains patient so that we can post a completely accurate list of players as soon as we receive them. We can also assure you that immediately when we are told, we will post the official results. |
