Lincoln-Way East Sectional Preview
Lincoln-Way East has gone undefeated against the rest of the field at their own sectional, meaning the Griffins are highly confident that they can advance to the state meet next weekend. With a balanced lineup that features Jason Ament, Nate Peyton,  Louis Wills, and Dan Zoellick and a first-round bye, Lincoln-Way East is a strong favorite.

Meanwhile, the rest of the bracket is up for grabs, as Ryan Lodes and goalie Ben Toepke will face a stiff challenge from Andrew's lineup, which includes offensive force Tommy Hosty as well as other strong players like Chris Roon, Tim Arif, and Kelly Twomey.

.

Homewood-Flossmoor has been improving down the stretch of the season, as evidenced by their upset win over Naperville Central last week. With goalie Sean Dunagan and talented field players Darren Nelson, Aaron Morrison, and Lavon Robinson, the Vikings will hope to challenge Lincoln-Way East if they can advance past Bradley.

Bradley has beaten Flossmoor once this year, and they will look to pull the upset in the opening round game on Thursday night.
