(9) Lockport 12 (8) STC North 6
Lockport defeated STC North 12-6 to advance to the quarterfinals of the NV Sectional. Mallory Hecht and Sarah Stern each recorded 2 goals in the loss for the North Stars.

Wednesday, May 11
Quarterfinals
(1) Naperville Central 18 (9) Lockport 1
Emily Sejna scored 4 goals and Julia Campbell made 13 saves and allowed one goal as Naperville Central defeated Lockport 18-1. Abbey Kerth, Jenny Doyle, Lauren Gunn, Madison Nervig, and Robyn Stanley each added 2 scores in the Redhawks' win. Liz Latka scored the lone goal in the losing effort for the Porters.

(4) Neuqua Valley 9 (5) Metea Valley 3
With the score tied at 3-3 entering the final period, Neuqua Valley put together a remarkable 6-0 run to pull away from a stingy Metea Valley defense to earn a 9-3 victory on Wednesday night. Megan Russell and Rachel Lehman each scored 3 goals to lead NV to the win, while Meghan Gradle made 5 saves and totaled 4 steals while allowing her lowest goal total for the season. Lizzie Hollopeter scored 2 times and Mia Palladino added a goal in the loss for the Mustangs.

(2) Waubonsie Valley 9 (7) Hinsdale South 5
Alex White and Lauren Stercay each scored 4 times to lead Waubonsie Valley to a 9-5 victory over Hinsdale South. EB Keeve also registered 19 saves and 4 assists in the win for the Warriors. Eleni Murphy scored 4 goals in the loss for the Hornets.

(3) Naperville North 5 (6) Hinsdale Central 4
Megan Nerud scored 2 goals and Naperville North held off a late rally from Hinsdale Central to earn a 5-4 victory in the final game of the night at the Neuqua Sectional. Sarah Pircon scored all 4 goals in the loss for the Red Devils.
Friday, May 13
Semifinals
(3) Naperville North 7 (2) Waubonsie Valley 4
Sofi Prorok scored 3 goals as Naperville North led from start-to-finish and eventually knocked off Waubonsie Valley for the first time in three attempts in 2011. Alex White tallied 2 goals in the loss for the Warriors.

Abbey Kerth recorded 5 goals, Madison Nervig put in 3 scores, and Claire Wirtz and Emily Sejna both scored 2 times in Naperville Central's 13-5 victory over Neuqua Valley. Julia Campbell made 5 saves in the Redhawks' win. Rachel Lehman and Tricia Bannister each scored 2 goals in the loss for the Wildcats.
Saturday, May 14
Finals
(1) Naperville Central 13 (3) Naperville North 6
Abbey Kerth paved the way for Naperville Central to get back to the state tournament with 7 goals in the a 13-6 win over Naperville North on Saturday. Claire Wirtz and Gracie May combined to score 5 times in the win for NC. Audrey Chien led North with 3 goals and Jessie Lietz added 2 scores in the losing effort.
