Fenwick Sectional Preview
Fenwick is unbelievably skilled at all positions, with seniors Mark Melnyk and Oscar Calderon leading the way. Chris Jones holds things down in goal, while Tom Parolin, Paul Grusecki, John Barrett, and Luke Baldwin fill out the Friar lineup.
An intriguing second round matchup could take place between St Patrick and Oak Park if each team can win their first game on Thursday. Joe Przekota and James Ridgeway lead the Shamrocks, while Oak Park's Kevin Williams helped hand Lyons their first loss of the season last week. The Huskies will be looking to use the momentum from that win to help advance to the sectional finals.
York has beaten Morton earlier this year, and the Dukes, led by the trio of Bill Waychunas, Andrew McClintock, and Tyler Cruse are looking forward to a potential semifinal game against Fenwick. |
