(1) Naperville Central 20 (9) Metea Valley 2
Kristian Altuve and Kyle Rickert both scored 3 goals to help lift Naperville Central to a 20-2 win over Metea Valley. Christian Moreco and Zach McClernon each scored once in the loss for the Mustangs.

(5) Hinsdale Central 12 (4) Waubonsie Valley 10
David Graveline recorded 4 goals and Nick Korompilas and Strati Koulouris scored 3 goals each as Hinsdale Central beat Waubonsie Valley 12-10. John Gibson also made 22 saves in the victory for the Red Devils. Tyler Hunt scored 6 times and Mike McWhirter added 3 goals in the loss for the Warriors.

(2) Neuqua Valley 24 (7) STC East 6
Kevin Patterson scored 5 goals and AJ Quebbeman, Austin Torrey, and David Lesniak each added 4 scores as Neuqua Valley earned a 24-6 win over STC East. Shaun Suescheck tallied 3 goals in the loss for the Saints.

Aaron Katz totaled 6 goals to lead Naperville North past STC North 17-11 on Thursday. Joey Chokran and Justin Jacobson each put in 5 goals in the loss for the North Stars.
Friday, May 13
Semifinals
(1) Naperville Central 20 (5) Hinsdale Central 5
Jay Howenstine and Kyle Rickert both scored 5 times to lead Naperville Central to a 20-5 win over Hinsdale Central. Kristian Altuve and Pat May combined to add 7 scores in the Redhawks' win. Nick Korompilas and Strati Koulouris each scored 2 goals in the loss for the Red Devils.

(3) Naperville North 13 (2) Neuqua Valley 11
Aaron Katz, Alex Hogenboom, Andrew Dunlop, and Eric Curia each notched 2 scores for the Huskies as they fended off Neuqua by a 13-11 score to move on to the sectional finals. AJ Quebbeman scored 5 times and Kevin Patterson added 3 scores in the loss for the Wildcats.
Saturday, May 14
Finals
(1) Naperville Central 19 (3) Naperville North 5
Kyle Rickert recorded 5 goals and Kristian Altuve added 4 scores as Naperville Central took care of business against their rivals to earn a 19-5 victory and return to the state tournament. Dennis Herron and Pat May each registered 3 scores in the Redhawks' win. Andrew Dunlop scored 2 times to lead the Huskies in a season-ending loss.
