ndrew Brozovic (LWE)
Brozovic recorded 9 goals in a pair of wins over LWC and Stagg during
Week 6.
Eric Turner/Jack Otto (Libertyville)
Turner scored 9 goals and Otto made 30 saves to help the Wildcats finish
in second place at the Barrington Tournament.
Jacob Lenzini (Maine South)
Lenzini registered 14 goals to help lift the Hawks to a third place finish
at the Sandburg Tournament over the weekend.
John Merucci (Loyola)
Merucci poured in 7 goals in the Ramblers' 13-9 overtime victory over
GBS and tallied all 4 scores in Loyola's 4-2 conference win over St
Viator during Week 6.
Mason Maze/Jacob Culver (LWC)
Maze totaled 14 goals and Culver blocked 40 shots as the Knights earned a
third-place finish at the Naperville Central Tournament.
Quentin Tiscareno/Wyatt Tiscareno (Waubonsie Valley)
Wyatt totaled 16 goals and Quentin recorded 8 goals to help the Warriors
finish in second place at their own tournament on Saturday afternoon.
GIRLS
Alex Triko/Nicole Conway (Waubonsie Valley)
Triko scored 17 goals and Conway made 39 saves to help the Warriors secure
wins over Hinsdale Central, Hinsdale South and Neuqua Valley during Week
6.
Amelia Eastman/Claire Haas (Stevenson)
Haas totaled 10 goals and Eastman netted 7 scores as the top-ranked
Patriots remained undefeated after beating Lake Forest and New Trier
last week.
Sallenback scored 13 goals while Bonilla and Hatfield each scored 12
times as the Grenadiers picked up 5 wins during Week 6. Hatfield also
scored the game-winner in sudden death overtime in last Monday's 8-7
victory over Meadows.
Jodie Nelson/Rylee Brower (Naperville Central)
Brower and Nelson both recorded 10 goals to help the Redhawks win the
Jenison Tournament in Michigan over the weekend.
Kristen Burger (Maine West)
Burger scored 4 goals in a midweek win over Resurrection and then was
named Tournament MVP over the weekend after helping the Warriors win
their own event.
MaryKate McKendry (Mother McAuley)
McKendry made 10 saves in the Mighty Macs' 12-8 victory over New Trier
and earned a shutout win over Resurrection during Week 6.
Giselle Figueroa/Riley Hughes (Evanston)
Figueroa and Hughes both scored 11 goals to help lead the Wildkits to a
second place finish at the Palatine Tournament. Figueroa also scored 2
key goals in a 5-3 victory over Maine West earlier in the week.
Zoe Salafatinos (Neuqua Valley)
Salafatinos poured in 12 goals in wins over Evanston and Palatine as the
Wildcats finished in second place at the Palatine Tournament.
