Illpolo University's Mission

Illpolo.com is proud to announce that we will be covering the upcoming college season from start to finish throughout the 2014-2015 campaign. The coverage will be unique in that the focus will be on tracking the performances of former Illinois high school water polo players. See below for detailed info on the site's newest feature:

The Mission

To continue covering and showing support for former Illinois high school water polo players who continue to play water polo at the college level. To showcase that water polo is a viable option beyond high school to current players and their parents.

The Specifics

Illpolo University will begin covering the boys' college season in September until the season reaches its conclusion. It will also cover the girls' season in the spring during the regular high school season.

Features

Most updates will come in the form of links to online articles and player bios on each school's web site. However, just like during the high school season, we will be seeking out other player performance information from various sources who will help contribute to Illpolo University.

There may be additional features included as the season progresses, such as player interviews, tournament coverage, etc.

As you can imagine, providing this additional coverage will mean more time and more resources spent on a volunteer basis. Of course, if you like the coverage and can afford to make a donation to keep the site afloat so players can get the recognition they deserve, it is greatly appreciated.
