Chase Lesniak (Barrington)
Lesniak recorded 15 goals to lead Barrington to the Metea Valley
Tournament title and also broke the school's scoring record at the same
event.
Christian May/Joe Bigenwald (Naperville Central)
Bigenwald scored 10 goals and May recorded 7 scores to help the Redhawks
win the Stevenson Tournament with wins over the hosts, LWC, and Neuqua
Valley.
Danny Farmer/Mike Hill (Fenwick)
Farmer registered 9 goals and Hill blocked 35 shots to help the Friars
finish in second place at the MCAC Tournament during Week 9.
Mark Hallman (Oak Park)
Hallman led the Huskies with 8 goals in their wins over York and Lyons as
OPRF won the West Suburban Conference title on Saturday.
Matt Lefler/Steven Renko (Niles West)
Lefler averaged 10 saves, 5 steals, and 3 assists and Renko totaled 14
goals and 7 assists as the Wolves beat Lockport, Evanston, and Maine East
on Saturday.
Mitchell Sokolsky (Stevenson)
Sokolsky recorded 10 goals on Saturday to help Stevenson finish 2-1 at
their own tournament and netted 6 goals earlier in the week in a win over
Waubonsie Valley.
Nolan Roberts (Naperville North)
Roberts totaled 9 goals as the Huskies won their own mini tournament with
wins over LWN and STC North on Saturday.
Peter Krivanec (Stagg)
Krivanec made 13 saves in Monday's win over H-F then recorded 6 goals in
wins over Lockport and Waubonsie Valley later in the week.
GIRLS
Allison Travetto/Melissa Gartenberg (Stevenson)
Gartenberg racked up 11 goals and Travetto put in 10 goals as Stevenson
won their own tournament with wins over LWC, NC, and Neuqua Valley on
Saturday. Both players notched 5 scores in Wednesday's win over Waubonsie
Valley as well.
Emily Garcia (Mundelein)
Garcia led all scorers at the Mundelein Tournament with 13 goals, helping
the Mustangs win their own event.
Hannah Schultz (Bremen)
Schultz recorded 17 goals to lead the Red Jaguars to the Metea Valley
Tournament title on Saturday afternoon.
Jilian Eiken/Katie Horn (Naperville North)
Eiken totaled 9 goals and Horn netted 6 scores to help the Huskies win
their own two-game tournament on Saturday.
Jordin Hale/Katie Appell (Oak Park)
Hale blocked 31 shots and Appell scored 8 goals to help the Huskies win
the West Suburban Conference Tournament on Saturday with wins over
Hinsdale Central and Lyons.
Olivia Everhart (Evanston)
Everhart made 17 saves and allowed just 7 goals in wins over GBN and Maine
East as the sophomore helped the Wildkits win the CSL Tournament title
over the weekend.
Sarah Dolitsky (Sandburg)
Dolitsky recorded 7 goals in Monday's 10-6 win over LWE, netted 4 goals in
a 7-2 victory over Neuqua on Tuesday, and totaled 5 goals in Wednesday's
10-4 victory over H-F.
Theresa Godlewski (Wheeling)
Godlewski scored 7 goals to help the Wildcats beat Conant 11-10 in
overtime in the MSL title game; she also scored 13 times to help Wheeling
finish in second at the Mundelein Tournament on Saturday.
