-Abbott blocks a shot and the Mighty Macs come back on the other end

-Kozokar makes a steal on the perimeter, the defense closes her down, and Kopale tips the ball away

-Kleist turns her defender at two meters and powers home a shot from close range!

-The teams trade possessions in the next minute without a solid scoring chance

-Boothe gets free down the left side and hits the right corner to tie the game at 1-1

-Robb intercept an entry pass to 2m but McAuley gets it back on the other end

-Offensive foul on Mundelein; Ward with a save; double-ejection call in McAuley's end; Ward saves again

-Arciniega forces a turnover and then Bryar misses with her 5m attempt

-Boothe finds Barron on the counterattack but her shot goes over the goal at the end of one period

PERIOD 2

-Boothe draws an ejection at 2m and Mundelein calls a quick timeout

-Williamson intercepts an entry pass and assists Bryar on a goal at the other end! 2-1 McAuley leads

-Kozokar equalizes from five meters to toe the game at 2-2

-Now Kleist puts McAuley back ahead just seven seconds later!

-Another stop and another goal for McAuley, as Kleist scores her second in a row; 4-2 McAuley

-After an ejection, Williamson's shot goes off the crossbar

-Both teams earn ejections but neither can score, even though Arciniega looked to draw a penalty

-Ward makes a steal, tries to hit Boothe who was wide open but Kopale gets back to steal it

-Boothe earns a steal but McAuley get a turnover on the defensive end

-Bryar hits the post from the left side and it goes out of bounds

-Kozokar misses from 7m

-Bowens' shot goes wide left from 5m

-Penalty awarded to McAuley but Ward denies Bryar's shot

-The teams trade steals and neither can score at the end of the half; McAuley 4 Mundelein 2

PERIOD 3

-Back to the action, as Abbott makes a save on Mundelein's first chance

-Kleist gets it on the right post and sweeps a shot beyond Ward to make it 5-2

-The McAuley defense has held form early on and Kopale scores to give the Macs a 6-2 lead

-Davidson ends the Mustangs' scoring drought to make it 6-3

-Kopale responds with her second straight goal and the lead goes back to four

-Boothe's shot deflects off the back of Abbott and goes into the cage; 7-4 McAuley

-McAuley with a stop as the game temporarily calms down; Bryar's shot falls short of the goal

-Ward tips Williamson's shot off the crossbar and she later denies Bryar from 5m

-Nothing doing for Mundelein but their defense forces a turnover on the other end

-Wienckowski's long-range effort goes well over the goal

-McAuley turns it over; Mundelein does the same and calls timeout late in the period

-Bryar scores after the timeout to put McAuley ahead 8-4 at the end of the quarter

-The quarter starts and stops due to a clock issue...

-Kopale and Kleist team up to make an early steal

-Abbott with a block for McAuley

-Bryar scores to give McAuley a 9-4 lead with five minutes remaining

-Ward makes two straight saves to keep Mundelein within five of the Mighty Macs

-Boothe scores again at the other end to get Mundelein to within 4; McAuley 9 Mundelein 5

-Ward makes a save but McAuley gets the ball back; Mundelein forces a turnover

-Abbott denies Kozokar and then Bryar scores at the other end to make the score 10-5

-Kleist scores from 5m, angling a shot into the left corner from the right side

-McAuley timeout after an offensive foul called on Kozokar; subs coming in

-Wienckowski scores from outside 7m to make the score 11-6

-McAuley timeout - 0:55 left

-Abbott blocks a shot but Boothe scores a rebound goal with under thirty seconds left

-Kozokar scores a late goal after an ejection for the Mustangs

-After a steal, Boothe scores her sixth goal on the counterattack

-McAuley runs the clock out and earns an 11-9 victory!
