Nolan Roberts forces a Lyons turnover; North can't muster a shot on the
other end
Lyons turns it over; Curia in transition hits the post and it creeps
over the line to give North a 2-1 advantage
Shannon's lob attempt from 5m goes in and ties the game at 2-2
Sekula uses his face to block Roberts' shot
Landiak forces a turnover before Shannon can get a shot off at 2m
Duin shoots over the goal for North; Roberts stops Shannon from shooting
and gets the loose ball
Curia misses from outside
Zygas draws an ejection and hits the post, Shabel recovers the miss
Sekula with another save for LT; the Lions turn it over on the other end
Katz shoots from 7m and his shot slips past Sekula to the bottom left
corner as North leads 3-2
Lyons earns an ejection on Katz; Dore's shot just makes it over the
goalline and Lyons ties the game at 3-3
Shabel denies a last-second attempt by Shannon as the first quarter ends

Shabel tips Zygas' 7m shot away and North heads the other way
Lyons with a steal, but LT turns it over; Sekula saves Curia's shot;
back-and-forth with nothing doing...
Dore with a good look from 5m but Shabel elevates impressively to knock
the shot down
Katz loses possession and Lyons starts their offense on the other end
Shannon gets free at 2m, Shabel comes out to try and get the steal,
Shannon lobs over the goalie and in
LT with a stop; Nash ejected for North, but the Huskies don't allow a shot
on target
LT kept possession but Shabel stops Hirt's 7m attempt
Sekula gets a hand on Roberts' 5m attempt but it creeps in and we are
tied at 4-4
North forces a turnover; LT returns the favor and takes over on offense
Transition attempt for North but Roberts' shot goes wide right and Lions
goes the other way
First sign of blood for today; Josh Hirt gets medical assistance and play
resumes...
Triple-team denies Zygas at 2m; LT forces a turnover on the other end
Curia outfights Shannon at 2m and North starts the counterattack
Sekula turns away a shot by Landiak from the right side

The Huskies have two straight chances but Sekula eventually makes a save
with :22 left
Shabel denies a shot by Zygas in transition
Dore is ejected in the closing seconds of the period and North keeps the

McGuinness wins the swim-off to end the North advantage; Roberts with a
steal for the Huskies
Katz misfires and LT takes over; Hirt draws an ejection on Curia, Duin now
ejected, but Shabel makes a save on the 6-on-4
Landiak's lob hits the crossbar and Sekula gets to the loose ball
Dore draws an ejection but Shabel makes a key save
North timeout
Curia draws an ejection on Zygas...first shot attempt gets tipped over the
goal by Sekula
North still in possession, but LT with a stop, counterattack, and an
ejection drawn by Zygas...and he scores!
Zygas really did it all on the counterattack to give the Lions a 7-4 lead
McGuinness with a steal, Hirt dumps a pass in to Shannon, who scores
from 2m
North reeling and they take a timeout
LT forces a turnover; North does the same on the other end
Hirt and McGuinness combine to make a steal
Lyons comfortably able to stop North on two straight possessions as time
dwindles down on North's chances

The subs enter the game for both teams, and neither team can score as time
runs out on an 8-4 LT win!
