By Aaron Brown

There is plenty of tournament action this weekend, so let’s jump right in and take a look at what to expect beginning Friday at 3:45pm and wrapping up at 9:00pm on Saturday night:

DeSmet Tournament

Fenwick and Stagg both travel down to the St Louis-area over the weekend to take part in the DeSmet Tournament at the RecPlex Natatorium. The defending state champion Friars play opening round games against #5 Lindbergh and #6 MICDS, while the Chargers take on #2 DeSmet and #10 Lafayette on Friday. The results of the first two games for each team will determine their placement in the next round, while both teams are guaranteed five games at the event.

The other Missouri teams participating include Chaminade, #4 Marquette, Oakville, Parkway North, #3 Parkway West, and #1 SLUH.
