season. This is not a complete list and we can only include a few people
in this summary, but the purpose is to recognize a few of the best
performances from each week.

Workman scored 5 goals in the Huskies 11-9 victory over
Conant.
Boys - Mike
Gergen (Schaumburg)
Gergen totaled 15
goals over the weekend at the NN Tournament and should be a big
contributor on the offensive end in the second half of the season.
Girls - Gena
Wendt (Fenwick)
Wendt connected on
two outside shots in the Friars' 8-6 comeback win over H-F on Friday, then
added 2 more scores in Saturday's 9-5 win over New Trier.
Girls - Jamie
Pappanastos (Sandburg)
Pappanastos scored
four second-half goals during a 5-0 run that helped Sandburg beat Andrew
14-12 in overtime on Wednesday.

Boys - AJ
Galainena (Latin)
Galainena totaled 4 goals in the
Romans overtime win over Sandburg.
Boys - Petar
Jackovich (Lincoln-Way Central)
Scored 6 goals, including a goal
and an assist in OT in LWC's 11-10 win over Bradley on Friday.
Girls - Maya
Holst (Team)
Holst connected on a lob shot
late in the fourth period to lift H-F to a 5-4 win over New Trier on
Saturday.
Girls - Tori
Shields (Prospect)
Scored the game-winning goal from
midpool with one second left to lift Prospect to a 10-9 win over
Barrington on Wednesday.

Boys - David
Anderson (Oak Park)
Anderson recorded 31 saves in
wins over Latin, McHenry and Stevenson on Saturday.
Boys - Henry
Hermes (Loyola)
Hermes made 9 saves in a 14-10
win over GBS and stopped 25 shots in four games at the St Patrick
Tournament for the Ramblers.
Girls -
Chloe Kaulus (Latin)
Kaulus made 9 saves and blocked a
penalty shot in Latin's 6-5 overtime win over Sandburg.
Girls -
Grace Trilla (Lyons)
Trilla allowed only 4 goals in 4
games at the Fenwick Tournament as the Lions beat Evanston, Loyola,
McAuley, and Neuqua Valley.
Girls -
Kaitlyn Webb (Wheeling)
Webb made 11 saves and recorded
her first shutout as Wheeling beat Palatine 12-0.
