Mark Menis scored 5 goals and Tyler Kelley made 11 saves as Naperville Central outscored GBS 6-1 in the second half to emerge with a 12-4 win in the first boys' semifinal at the state tournament on Saturday morning. Bobby Rickert and Ben Reasons each added 2 scores in the win for the Redhawks, while Max Saltzman and Mark Giuliani also added scores for Central.

Ben Hengels led the Titans with 2 goals in the loss, while Tommy Nimrod and Ryan Landgren each added one score for GBS. Titans' goalie Ben May recorded 6 saves in the losing effort.
